ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using any part of the Locked In Clubplatform (lockedinclub.app), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users and paying members.

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

Locked In Cluboffers a paid membership subscription at $9.99/month or equivalent annual pricing.

• —Billing: Your membership begins immediately upon checkout and is billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) using the payment method on file via Stripe.
• —Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Profile settings → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.
• —Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at support@lockedinclub.app for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
• —Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• —Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your account will be marked past due. We will retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved, your access may be suspended.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Locked In Clubonly for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• —Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• —Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from Locked In Clubwithout written permission
• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the platform
• —Post content in the community that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• —Use the platform to spam other members or promote third-party products or services without authorization
• —Attempt to circumvent any access control, payment gate, or security measure
• —Use the platform in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation

All content on Locked In Club— including articles, courses, protocols, community posts, and workout or nutrition plans — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Locked In Club— including but not limited to articles, courses, videos, protocols, workout programs, meal plans, graphics, and the platform itself — is owned by or licensed to Locked In Club and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not allow you to:

• —Copy, reproduce, or distribute content outside the platform
• —Modify or create derivative works based on platform content
• —Use content for commercial purposes
• —Share premium content with non-members

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

COMMUNITY CONTENT

When you post in the Locked In Clubcommunity, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your posts.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locked In Cluband its operators shall not be liable for:

• —Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• —Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• —Physical injury or health consequences arising from use of platform content
• —Interruption or unavailability of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@lockedinclub.app. Upon deletion, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under our 7-day money-back guarantee.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active members by email.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Locked In Club operates a referral program that rewards members for bringing in new paying subscribers.

• —Reward: When someone signs up for a paid membership using your unique referral link, you receive one month of free membership credit applied to your next billing cycle.
• —Eligibility: Both the referrer and the referred user must have active paid memberships for the reward to be applied. Referrals that result in a refund or chargeback will not be credited.
• —Processing: Referral rewards are reviewed and applied within 7 business days of the referred member's first successful payment.
• —No cash value: Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
• —Abuse: We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that appear to be fraudulent, self-referential, or generated through spam. Abuse of the referral program may result in account termination.
• —Changes: We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 14 days' notice to active members.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Locked In Clubis intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
